I originally listed these shows under animated series, but eventually decided to move them to their own category, partly because I like CGI and thought they deserved to be listed separately, and partly to free up a little bit of space in the other category. I'll include series here that have elements of both CGI and traditional animation (as long as the CGI is obvious), but most of the shows are pure CGI. I'll include anime, or CGI cartoons from any country. I'll also list CGI specials and TV movies. Hopefully I won't neglect to include anything that's at least partially CGI, but I might.
