This is a 2012 film from Aardman Animations. I first saw it in 2020, as a bonus feature on the DVD of the film The Pirates! Band of Misfits. In this short film, the Pirate Captain from that feature film hosts a pirate-themed talk show that consists of various segments and guests (all from the movie). And... that's really all I want to say about it, because to describe any of the segments would just be total spoilers. I'll just say it's all really ridiculous and hilarious and awesome. Oh, and the short also inspired a popular reaction meme...
