This was released in 1938. I first saw it, I would guess, sometime in the 1980s, probably on The Wonderful World of Disney. I find it rather nostalgic, as it's one of the classic Disney shorts I remember best. But my review has been lost, so I'll have to watch it again sometime to write a new review.
